thankfully the health coach came today
just in time as slipped last night .i like the game and hopefully like it says small steps will change big things .My challenges today were
drink a jug of water at each meal
take water when going out
make a herbal tea ( am drinking it now lol)
walk over 10,000 steps ( currently on 725 so a bit of a way to go )
all of these seem do able and am going to do wii active as well so hopefully it will all pay off come wi
