lol how many day 1 have there been i wonder ?
Anyway last night was choas shopping turned up 15 hours late so finally have a full healthy ( ish ) fridge . Day is going ok i am trying to make an effort to have my 5 a day so far i have had i have had 5 and it's only lunch time ! Just had an amazing lunch which was sweet potato and sausage salad it was so good i could have licked plate lol
I have 8 days till wi as for some reason it has kept me as a friday wi at start of each week i will give myself some image therapy and reflect on my success and set new goal so here goes
goal for week 1
5 a day every day
10 syns a day
work towards bronze body magic
drink my 2l of water
the key to this is definatly tracking and planning . i have the keys to do this but loose track of the facts and give up so will use this blog to remind me I CAN DO THIS
the website predicts my target to be in time for my next birthday july 2010 so this is my aim and means i have to loose 1.5lbs a week this seems doable i means a steady loss off 6 lbs per month which is what i will aim for as i won't get rewards for each 7lbs i will give my self rewards to the value of wahat i lost the first reward is the the extra easy cook book which i want in my hand by the time the kids go back to school .
