ok so it's been a month diet is up and down but have lost 3lb so at least right direction . i knew when the kids went back would feel more in control but still only just back in the swing
the big news is i got a job ! so as from monday i am employed for the first time in 15 years only 12.5 hours a week but a big step for me . i think it will help as less time for boredom eating plus wanting to look good at work means i will have to be strict with myself so planning is essential so that's the plan for this weekend a weeks worth of menue so wish me luck

new health coach
thankfully the health coach came today
just in time as slipped last night .i like the game and hopefully like it says small steps will change big things .My challenges today were
drink a jug of water at each meal
take water when going out
make a herbal tea ( am drinking it now lol)
walk over 10,000 steps ( currently on 725 so a bit of a way to go )
all of these seem do able and am going to do wii active as well so hopefully it will all pay off come wi

day 2
well i did it one good day under my belt !
so it can be done and will be done. I started my thirty day challenge yesturday so am working towards my bronze award . I ordered health coach on ds for anniversary as i plan to use the challenge to boost my daily exercise plus it comes with pedomiter so will keep track of my steps as ithink for me exercise will be the key . Can't wait till it comes!
So todays plan
make soup
plan my dinner still have no clue
fill in food diary
day two of wii active

day one
lol how many day 1 have there been i wonder ?
Anyway last night was choas shopping turned up 15 hours late so finally have a full healthy ( ish ) fridge . Day is going ok i am trying to make an effort to have my 5 a day so far i have had i have had 5 and it's only lunch time ! Just had an amazing lunch which was sweet potato and sausage salad it was so good i could have licked plate lol
I have 8 days till wi as for some reason it has kept me as a friday wi at start of each week i will give myself some image therapy and reflect on my success and set new goal so here goes
goal for week 1
5 a day every day
10 syns a day
work towards bronze body magic
drink my 2l of water
the key to this is definatly tracking and planning . i have the keys to do this but loose track of the facts and give up so will use this blog to remind me I CAN DO THIS
the website predicts my target to be in time for my next birthday july 2010 so this is my aim and means i have to loose 1.5lbs a week this seems doable i means a steady loss off 6 lbs per month which is what i will aim for as i won't get rewards for each 7lbs i will give my self rewards to the value of wahat i lost the first reward is the the extra easy cook book which i want in my hand by the time the kids go back to school .

OMG
well i have come back from holiday and faced the last months damage i put on 9lb 0n !!!!!!
i have rejoined sw online ordered a tesco ( healthy shop ) and am going to give it my all i have to as a number of things have made me realise that this over eating can not continue . I am so embarrassed by how bad things have got that even writting them down is awful but i will to remind my self why this time has to be different
1 people shounting as i walk past " fatty "
2 pain in knee
3 pain in hips
4 looking older
5 mum commenting how big i am loudly in front of people
so this is it this is my line
